Orders are processed and shipped Worldwide within 7 business days. All orders are shipped as quickly as possible but please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. You can contact us regarding the status of your order at any time by emailing us directly. All orders are shipped via Certificate Mail Post with Correos from Spain.
Note: All personalized products need 3-5 days more to be handmade & ship!
We will ship the item when the PayPal address will be confirmed ( we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses. Please double check to provide the right Shipping Address).
Approximate delivery time:
★ 5/7 working days to most European countries
★ 10/15 working days to United States, Canada, Eastern Europe, South Africa
★ 15/20 working days to Australia, New Zealand, Asian and Middle East countries

★ cannot take responsibility for any delays to orders due to customs clearance or payment transaction delays,
★ cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or unclaimed packages.
Custom fee:
Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from Spain.
RETURNS POLICY
All returns and exchanges must conform to our returns policy.
All Personalized T-shirts, Channeling sessions, digital products, and all items sold at a discount or SALE price are final sales with no returns or exchanges.
Send us an email at angels-luv@hotmail.com for a return. Once your item is received, a replacement size or refunds will be shipped out to you within 3-7 business days.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise may be returned within 10 days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received with all tags intact or merchandise will be returned to sender.
We recommend you return the items in the original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.
– Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping.
– Refunds will be credited to original credit card only.
– Shipping is refundable only in case of discrepancies and errors of Angels-Luv.com
– We will only refund up to the price of “standard ground/economy” shipping.
